Running. Outside. What began as a cheap (free) way to get moving, I challenged myself to run a mile everyday in 2019, has now become one of the best things I do for myself. Running is my best time to decompress and find good ideas. It is a no pressure and inspiring time to explore new places, relax, and clear my head. I am now trying trail running for a challenge and to see more.

Inktober. A month of drawing prompts every October is a creative outlet that is different than daily work. It gets me to try new subjects and styles, and puts me out of my comfort zone. The best part is I am off the computer and back to pen and paper.

Airplane Interiors. Problem solving to the max! Think quite literally - square peg (cabinets, beds, etc.) into a round hole (the fuselage). Oh, and be super lightweight at the same time. Combining a unique persona with a hyper specific need, this is what got me into creating (physical) user experiences.

Ballet. Discipline, dedication, confidence, and grit. The best things to come out of all of the hours (and years) in those pointe shoes!
